What Could A Red, Bleeding Pimple Like Bump On Forehead Indicate?

Hi. My grandma (58 years old) has developed a bump on her forewarning that looks like a pimple, but it is definitely not a pimple. It's relatively small, but it gets very red. It bleeds a lot also. She does not want to go to the doctor. What do you think it could be?
