What Could A Small Brown Spot On The Inner Flap Of Labia Majora Indicate?

Hi there, recently I found a small brown spot, about the width of a pen tip, on the inner flap of my labia majora. It doesn t itch or bleed but I ve never noticed it before, although I rarely look that closely. I m not sure what it could be, I try to be very Sun conscious and haven t tanned in years. If it helps I am 24 and still a virgin.

Hi,

Vaginal spots or bumps can occur normally in the vagina due to hormonal changes in your body. Most of these spots may reduce on its own. In case of multiple spots / increase in size / symptoms like itching or burning, treatment may be required. Any history of altered or foul smelling vaginal discharge can indicate vaginal infections which should also be ruled out.
