What Could A Tender Area Under The Left Arm Indicate?
Hi. I have had an area under my left arm that is tender to the touch. It also is tender on the left side of my upper body. I ve had a mammogram and everything.g was fine. My doctor had me do some physical therapy on my arm but I only needed one visit. I bicycle a lot with my husband. This tenderness doesn t seem to go awAy. I m wondering if you would know what causes it. Thank you and also what could help

Hi,
Your symptoms seem to be related to muscles spasms. I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400mg to relieve the pain. I also suggest to avoid heavyweight lifting and heavy exercise.
