What Could A Toddler's Nose Bleed And Vomiting Following Head Injuries Indicate?
my 2 year grandson was in a car accident a week ago and obtained a cut in his right eyelid no bruising, the next morning we noticed a nose bleed but it stopped and there has been no more. he has acted fine and plays like normal tonight at bedtime, over a week later, he fell in his room playing and hit his head continued playing then close to bedtime he has vomited twice but is now sleeping. should I be concerned he might need a ct scan, could this still be from the wreck
yes, definitely he needs a CT scan of Brain because first he was involved in dangerous mechanism of injury during the car accident. and Now again he has vomitted twice following head injury. According to guidelines, he needs a CT scan of head. I will strongly recommend to go for CT scan Head for your grandson
