Hello I m 50 yrs of age and in menopause I m having lower abdominal pian and my breast are heavy and sore and my nipples are sensetive I haven t had my period since april, last yr I went 6 months without seeing my period What could be my issue I m also a bit fatiuged and fell extremly bloated Thanks

After menopause low level of estrogen causes dryness of skin and other skin changes as well as psycological changes, fatigue, depression.
