What Could Anteverted Bulky Uterus In Report Suggest?

my name is shama .age 21 year old .weight 65kg .hight is 5.2f .my altra sound report. anteverted uterus ,measuring 60*32*48mm.endometrial thickness is 14.6mm.no uterinr/adnexal mass seen.right ovary measures 3.5*1.7*2.6cm, volume is 8.1ml .left ovary measure 3.9*1.6*4.0cm,volume is 13.4ml.no free fluid seen in the culdesac.i am unmerride

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report,your uterus is enlarged in size and anteverted in position(it means it is tilted towards urinary bladder and it is normal).
Endometrial thickness is also mildly increased.You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical assessment
Volume of both ovaries are also increased.It need clinical correlation.
There is no fluid in POD(cul de sac).
