I had surgery last may to repair ducks and remove cysts and a small bump. Biopsy was done and all was fine. A couple of months ago I saw a pimple like bump beneath the areola. Doc gave me antibotic it got better and no further treatment was required. The other day I saw a similar pimple like on the other breast; this one on the areola. Today the corner of it looked lke it was going to peel. I scraped it just a little with my finger nail and removed it. I forgot to mention that the middle of the "pimple" or spot was dark. My husband said it look like blood. Later today I checked it again and it was scabby and I was able to take the scab off. It started to bleed. While the first spot did not hurt or bleed, the current spot on the other breast is uncomfortable. The nipple is tender, with a burning like sensation. What can this be?
