What Could Be A Hard Stationery Pea Sized Lump On Face?

I have a hard stationary pea sized lump on my face. I was wondering what it could be. I know it is not a lipoma as I have had one of them on my thigh. I have an appointment with a dermatologist next week. I also have a HX of breast cancer. I am a 46 y/o nurse

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed sebaceous cyst.

Just try to press the bump.

It is a collection of dead material under the skin.

When you press this material comes out as black debris.

Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.

Treatment is mainly surgical.

It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
