Hello Dear
Thanks for your query. First of all be relaxed, I will be most happy if I could help you out so no need to worry much.
I have gone through your query.
You know already that tobacco does nothing gud to our body so why not try to quit this, and if you quit really then it will be definitely your one of the best descision.
As you didn't mention that how many days back you have first noticed this bump in your mouth, if you would have mentioned it then it would be more convinient to find out the right cause.
Usually this type of lesion is
stomatitis which is an inflammation in the mucosa of the mouth, sometimes due to infection or virus (
herpes), or trauma, or dental problems.
Fewer times this type of lesion(
blister) may arise due to the blockade of minor
salivary gland located inside the lip.
But still present/future association of tobacco with this lesion in future cant be denied complety.
•I advice you to get an appointment with the
dentist as soon as possible and get a thorough clinical and other necessary examination done so that treatment can be initiated.
Meanwhile you can take over the counter pain killer tablet for example
ibuprofen tablet thrice daily for 2-3 days till you get your appointment with the dentist.
Do Normal warm saline rinse 3-4 times a day.
Take healthy diet.
Try to quit the habit.
Hope this will help you. If there is any more query or question regarding this in your mind, you are always welcome.
Take Care
Regards
