What Could Be A Red Round Circular Patch With A Little Scratch Mark On The Arm?
I just found a red mark with a small streak on my left arm by where the vein is the left where they would draw blood? I am confused as to what it could be it is not bleeding. sort of like a red round circular with a little scracth mark down from it? any ideas what it could be?

From the description it seems, the red mark is an infected focus( boil or insect bite) and the linear red streak is due to reactive superficial lymphangitis.
The treatment is in the form of topical or oral antibiotics, topical steroids and oral antihistmines.
As such its nothing serious but you should consult a doctor for a proper prescription.
