What Could Be A Small Painless Lump In Neck With Bit Swallowing Difficulty?

Hi! I was just feeling along the left side of my neck and my mom also felt it, and there appears to be a small, painless lump there. I also have a small lump on the back of my scalp. My mom said that it was a ingrown hair. Can you help me? Or at least tell me what the lump in my neck is? It is getting a bit difficult to swallow as well.

Hi, It might be a thyroid swelling. Pain is not a usual feature of thyroid disease unless it is inflamed or infected. Go and get it checked by a surgeon or a physician.
