What Could Be A White Foam Coming Out From Mouth Of A Child With Fever?

My child has been breathing very heavy and tossing while sleeping . She had a fever of 101.3 ! Has went down to 100.2 since I gave her meds ! But when I went and checked on her like 20 minutes after the medicine she had white foam on her mouth. I wiped it and watched her for a while and more came out what could this be

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest foam can only came out once there is problem with the respiratory process. Some times fever causes convulsion. Because of convulsion some times it causes Pressure on the respiratory tract and so foam comes out of it.
