What Could Be Cause Of Belly Pains?

Hi im suffering with belly pains at the moment have been for a few weeks/months (told my doctor) i ant have intercourse as it really hurt my belly like being stabbed. To day i have been gettin really sharp pains in my belly and groin wil go all the way down my legs what could this be

are you having trouble urinating also? or do you have any discharge?get a urine exam and see your OB. you might have an infection in the urine or in your pelvic area.
