I have been ignoring this problem I have been having and now scared it has turned into something serious. It started a year after I started using methamphetamine with errection I start having a strong urge to pee which in turn I would ejaculate rather quickly, that has seem to turn into some kind of urinary type of problem. I constantly feel as if I have to pee, I can not fully empty my bladder, I have lower abdominal pain, tingling at the end of my penis right at the opening. What could this be

Medications like diuretics can also increase the frequency of urine output.
