What Does Tingling While Urinating, Urge To Urinate Often, Orange Discharge With Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I m 19yrs, sexually active and I have a tingling sensation when urinating. It started about 2 weeks ago with serious lower abdominal pain which I no longer feel. I had a similar case 6 months ago, went to see a doctor who gave me a drug (can t remember the name of the drug) and it stopped though it was more intense than this present one, I had very frequent urination and difficulty with holding it in, pain during sex, some thing like orange stain on my pant one particular day and slight lower abdominal pain. Please can you tel me what it is?

2. it is treatable with prescription antiboitics and urine pH balancing medicines,for which you will be consulting your physician.
