What Could Be Causing My Stomach Pain, Mucus In Stool, And Abnormal Fecalysis Results?

Hi, I am experiencing on and off stomach pain with prominent pain on the lower right side. my whole abdominal utz shows normal result, as well as my CBC and fecalysis with the ff. results: pus cell 0-1 /hpf, rbc 0-1 /hpf, bacteria - Many, no parasite or ova seen. Lately, I am seeing some mucus in my stool. Just want to ask what s the cause, will it do with my stomach pain? Let me know what to do next, what test to take.
