What Could Be Causing Pain In The Right Side Of The Body Based On The MRI Results?

Hello Doctor, This is Sravanti. I have been suffering from a severe pain on my right side of the body starting from neck tow through right hand and right leg. I got Lumbar MRI Done. Report shows following results. 1) L4-5 & L5S1 IV disc level: disc bulge causing grade 1 narrowing of the B/L neural foramen. There is mild compression of the exiting and traversing roots at this level. 2) Ligamentum flavum at the L5-S1 level appear hypertrophied. 3) Filum terminale lipoma with mild thickening of the filum terminale. No e/o tethered cord. Can you please let us know what could be causing server pain? Thanks in Advance, Sravanti.
