Hello,
Severe
constipation commonly occurs due to
dehydration, sedentary lifestyle, underlying health conditions like
IBS,
thyroid dysfunction,
diabetes, taking wrong diet. You are advised to take food rich in fiber, avoid taking red meat as red meat triggers constipation, take lean meat, fishes, fruits and veggies. Take laxative at bedtime to help better bowel movement.
Take papayas raw and ripe regularly, it will help you get relieved from constipation naturally. Take plenty of water & fluids. Avoid taking food that causes constipation. Do regular walking in the morning and evening. Do exercises daily. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Make lifestyle changes and you will feel the difference in 7-10 days.
If constipation continues you are advised to get clinically examined for underlying health condition, structural conditions that may be causing bowel obstruction. Get NCV test and other blood or imaging tests done to detect MS or Parkinson's disease as they may contribute to bowel obstruction.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
