What Could Be Done For Feeling Sleepy Always?

Dear Sir,

I am feeling sleepy even after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Eyes are closed automatically while reading or working in front of computer but my head is joggling with the opinions and ideas to work or to write.

So, please advise what type of disease is this and to which doctor should approach.

Hi. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I read your query. I would suggest you to go for Blood sugar and Hemoglobin tests. Are there any other symptoms with feeling sleepy like legs cramps?
This can also be due to anxiety, depression, work stress or long working hours. You can try some meditation or yoga. Maintain healthy lifestyle, morning walks, nutrition. If tests rule out anaemia and diabetes and symptoms still persists, i would suggest you too see a physician for further investigation.
Hope this answer helps you. Thank you!
