What Could Be Done For The Stucked Pea At The Back Of The Throat?

I bit a sugar snap pea in half last night, and at the same time took an intake of breath. It felt like a mini vacuum which sucked a pea out of the pod and into the back of my throat. It s lodged either in my throat or in my lung. I ve tried coughing it up, but to no avail. What should/can I do?
