What Could Be Done To Increase The Follicle Size Having The Uterus Bicornulate In Shape?

I am PCOD case and on 2nd cycle of Siphene and dis time 100 mg. My fallopian tubes are normal / open and lining and thickness of uterus is normal. But my uterus is bicornulate in shape. My max size of follicle is 10 mm. Please advise. What can I do to increase the follicle size. I am 33 year old.

You need ovulation induction with clomiphene or hormone injections to grow your
egg.
if ovulation not possible with this you may need IVF PROCEDURE to conceive since you are having bicornuate uterus.
