What Could Be Done To Reduce The Pain In The Gacillis Muscles?

For well over a month I have had pain in the gacillis muscles on both sides. I would like to know what treatment to follow. I am 74 year female that attends low impact aerobics 2x p/week and bar weight training 1x per week. Any thoughts would be much appreciated as walking is often very painful.
