What Could Be Mass In Breast?

I have a mass in my breast. My mammogram showed the mass and I went to a surgeon to schedule a biopsy and she did an ultrasound first. She said it, Didn t scream cancer so she wasn t sure what she was looking at. Is this good? I am going for my biopsy on Wednesday and I am, naturally, very scared

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The redness of the eye is due to inflammation of conjunctiva (white part of the eye) due to the accident.

It might be aggregated by subconjunctival hemorrhage following the injury.

The irritation at the outer corner of the eye seems to be the same inflammation conjunctivitis. Though runny nose can be allergic, allergic conjunctiva would have itchiness along with redness.

Ice pack over eyes, lubrication eye cremes clear mild reaction. But antibiotic drops need to be added for severe cases.

Sometimes oral antibiotics are needful. Please consult an ophthalmologist for specific advise for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
