What Could Be Reason For Having Red Spots In Penis Head?

I m 23 male the last 2 days I have noticed that there have been red spots in my underwear where my penis head is usually at. Personally I haven t seen any blood on my penis but I checked my underwear today to make sure it was clean and hours later blood stains were there again. Haven t had sex either. Please help

I can understand your concern for the red stains on the underwear.

After reading your query thoroughly it doesn't appear to be any kind of sexually transmitted infection in you.

The red color on underwear can be due to either anything which is eaten and excreted in urine. You recollect if you have eaten anything in food which was of red color of if any medication had been consumed then also can cause red color.

You can go for your urine examination and just check any red blood cells in the urine. The normal urine examination will take care of all your anxiety.
