I don't understand why I am putting on weight. I'm 20 years old, very active, do lots of exercise and calorie control my diet. I have recently started drinking rice milk as am allergic to dairy and have found there is a high percentage of carbohydrate content in it. Help!

I will suggest you to modify your diet which is rich in fibres & fluids. Do not consume any processed food, oily food, and fast foods. You can visit a dietician / nutrition expert near by you to make a diet schedule fit for you.
I will also suggest you to get your thyroid function tests done to rule out any issue with your thyroid.
