What Could Be Red Rash On Knuckle Got After Car Accident?

I got into a car accident 2 weeks ago and I have no idea if this is related because my air bag did deploy but my right hand and arm recieved injuries (burns and brusing), however 2 days ago I noticed that there is a red/brown rash like on my finger (index) on the lowest knuckle. What could this be?

HI. This may be due to trauma only. Is it painful ? Are the movements painful ? The accidents are so sudden that is is impossible to know what exactly had happened. IF this is causing any problem , it would be better to show to an Ortho Surgeon , and get the x-ray done.
