What Could Be Severe Stomach Pain After Meal In A 12 Years Old Child?
I have a 12year old son who started with stomach pains on monday and was being sick and it has been a few days and every time he eats or drinks anything after ten minutes the pain in his stomach gets bad again and he is sick with it he can be curled up into a ball cause the pain is that bad and afterwards he feels a bit better but not 100 percent could u advise me what to do as I think it could be his appendix

Most common cause for intestinal colic in children is worm infestation.
Deworming him with anti-helminthic like Albendazole will be helpful and also suggest you to give him Proton pump inhibitor like Lansoprozole for a week.
