What Could Be Stomach Pain Along With Unsocial Behavior In A 15 Years Old Child?

My 15 year old son hates going to school, and constantly coplains of stomach aches. This has gone on for the last 3 years. We have also noticed that he does not like to be around people or in social situations (avoids going to the store) even if family is over he will go in his room. I finally put 2 and 2 together and realized this may be a deeper issue but I do not know where to start and who to talk to.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this must be behaviour disorder, psychological condition I would advise you to have word with him with open heart there must be something wrong must have happened with the boy, and that need be rule out, (exploitation, abusement,) he would need moral support, do not force him for anything at this stage take him under your confidence, try to make him happy, if this does not worked then I would advise you to have opinion form child psychiatric, take care of him, have nice time.
