What Could Be The Ball Shaped Creamy Substance From Nose?

I'm trying to ask for my bf who has somes ball shape creamy substance (size is like half a cm sometimes smaller) dropping out from his nose from time to time. He has a benigh brain tumor and wonder if it has anything to do with that. His neurologist can't explain what those are. Please help!

It would be difficult to guide without examining the nose area. I would suggest you to once ask him to visit hospital and get examined by a consultant ENT specialist. Lab examination of that substance can also be done. It has unlikely to be related to brain tumor.
