What Could Be The Blister Filled With Fluid On Chest?
Hi, I have a large blister filled with clear fluid on my chest that developed after I had a surgical procedure done. I believe as a result of an allergy to the surgical tape. However, it now has a re d line coming from it. Does this indicate infection?
The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is allergic contact dermatitis due to the tape.Avoid fiddling with the lesion.Topical steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
