What Could Be The Bright Red Rash That Reoccurs Very Often?

I have had a bright red resh about the size of a quarter or a bit larger not perfectly cimeterical but roundish, three times in the last 5 years. It does not hurt or itch but because it is reaccuring and has done so three times I need to pay attention to it. I found a site suggestion lupus however I have none of the other symptoms of Lupus. Thank you

hi i do not think bright red rash is lupus.because once lupus appears it does not dis appear without any treatment.i think bright red rash can be drug reactuion or granuloma annulare which is mostly present in diabetic patient .it can be cured by application of tenovate ointment over the lesion
