What Could Be The Bumps In Public Area Which Appeared After Having Unprotected Sex?

Well a,couple of weeks ago I had unprotected sex and at that time I had no bumps on my public area but a month later I,see one it's a bump but it no puss and it doesn't hurt and it's not painful it's red in the little hole on top of the bump and when I squeeze it blood comes out what does this mean

According to your description, there is possibility of molluscum contagiosum.
It is a sexually transmitted viral infection.
Presents with umbilicated lesions.
Don't scratch the lesions.
Better to consult venereaologist once and get examined.
By examination the exact nature of the lesion can be identified and treated.
If molluscum contagiosum is confirmed, you can get these lesions removed with the help of doctor.
Abstinence advised till the completion of treatment.
