What Could Be The Cause For Creepy Lips, Metallic Taste In Tongue And Swollen Lips?
The inside of my mouth, especially my lips feels sort of crepey, irritated, crinkly, like I ve been sucking on a salt lick. There s a slight metallic taste. A few days ago my upper lip swelled when eating a pasta dish I had eaten also the day before.
You seem to either have developed an allergic reaction or an acute reflux. You can try these:
-take an antihistamine like levocetrizine in consultation with your doctor -take an antireflux like pantoprazole and also include a multivitamin like zincovit -do salt water garle -avoid spicy food and take lots of green leafy vegetables
If these do not help in a week or two then you must consult an ENT
Hope this helps
