What Could Be The Cause For Fetus Having Smaller Liver Than Normal And Can It Be Corrected?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and just informed that my child's liver is smaller than it should be, what could be the cause and what are possible ways to correct the problem? What are the outcome in situations such as mine? (I am high risk 1still birth at 25 weeks 1 normal delivery and 1 preterm 34 weeks)

I am so sorry to hear about this smaller than normal liver your baby has. Is it an isolated small liver or the baby is generally small? In any case, I will suggest that he follows up and get this findings controlled and confirmed. this is very rare and rarely have I ever heard of an isolated small liver without other organs involvement. Also, if this ultrasound was not done by a specialist, get a second opinion from a radiologist.
