What Could Be The Cause For My Stress And Anxiety?

Hi dear
I have big problem. I practiced self-sexual abuse over-masturbation when I was 14 after some days I feel pain at the right side of my abdomen. I go to the dr. he told me that Appendicitis, he operate me. after operation the pain was not cured. again I practiced masturbation by vibrating my clitoris using my nail. one day I feel pain and burning feeling at the right side of vagina. then I stop it. After 17 I do not practiced it again. but after that my problem increasing day by day my whole right side become benumbed from vagina to head skin and feel pain (prickling,burning) at the right side of whole vagina and right side of the clitoris, right ribs, right shoulder, right hand right side of the head. Hypothyroid grow during age of my 19. Now I am married but I do not get pleasure during sex, completely loss sensation of clitoris but extreme discharge only by touch. All time I feel extremely bad I can not sleep at night or if sleep at any way I wake up suddenly by a little sound it heat my right side of clitoris, often suffer extreme stress, can not concentrate anything, always feel irritate, feel so tired, tremor, palpitations, breathing problem it increasing during ministration. What can I do now?..Is there any treatment? Please help me. please.

I would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist.
You symptoms of tiredness, restlesness, irritability, disturbed sleep etc. Are suggestive that you suffer from depression.

Drugs like escitalopram and psychological treatments like cognitive behavior therapy will help in your treatment.

Also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your mind relaxed.
