What Could Be The Cause For Pain In The Right Side Of The Groin ?
hi i have a pain in the right side of my groin been having this i had an ultra sound done on it and nothing came up would it be an infection or a twisted tube

Hi, Welcome to HCM,
Groin is the portion of the body in the region where the thigh meets the abdomen. Since you are mentioning of twisted tube, I presume you are talking about lower portion of abdomen, just above the groin and for the same reason I presume you are female. Since you had a ultrasound scan done I think ovarian and uterine causes can be excluded. However appendicitis or other bowel causes have to be considered.
If it is the groin that is affected, then enlarged lymph nodes in that region have to be considered, which may result from injury / infection in the leg on that side.
Consult a Doctor who has to examine the area of pain and do the necessary investigations to reach a diagnosis and treat you accordingly. Good Luck.
