With all the symptoms it appears to be allergy. It is related to change of house. It is advisable to take anti allergy tablet like levocetrizine. In new house you may be allargic to distemper, dust for cleaning. Keep the window open for fresh air. Take sufficiant fluid, fresh fruits and normal food. It will take some time to adjust to new place. Aclimatisation is required.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having puffiness of eyes and face. Since it is found on waking up in the morning and subsides after few hours, systemic problems need to be ruled out.
The common causes are anemia, heart diseases, kidney diseases...
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for further examination and treatment.

Thank you
