What Could Be The Cause Of Bleeding In Motion, Lack Of Appetite While Suffering From Pancreatitis?

My father is 60 years old and he has been suffering with Pancreatitis and he has undergone endoscopy few days back and now he is having problem like bleeding in motion since last two days and excess weakness. He has also developed lack of apatite. Please guide us the reason behind.

* Most likely associated intestine ulcer which bleeds and give black stool in a case of pancreatitis, else other coagulation parameter disturbances can be thought of via primary pathology.
