hi i been really sick lately i havent been able to eat everything i eat makes me sick i have a bloated stomach and abd pain i also have red and brown spots on my arms and legs and when i pee it looks like im pee mucus whats wrong wih me can you please give me ab anwser

You might have some infection in GITract.
It may be amebic or bacillary dysentery.
Go for stool test and go for treatment accordingly.
For red spots consult dermatologist.
