What Could Be The Cause Of Blurred Vision, High Blood Pressure, Nausea And Dizziness With Chest Pain?
Hi, my name is Elena and I'm 27 yrs old. It's been a few months that I've noticed an aching pain in my chest above my breast, it occurs when I raise my arm and lean backwards. But on my last period I had a severe pain in my left armpit and breast which localized through my nipple and it felt warm and lumpy. It was a sharp and burning pain and I couldn't sleep at night even though I took painkillers. The pain has got better after 2 weeks but it's not completely gone and now the area around my nipples is a bit reddish specially when I stand up. I also have dizziness and nausea which comes and goes and my got blurred vision twice. I have high blood pressure as well. I've done breast examination and ultrasound and the results showed that there are no underlying masses or cysts. I've also done blood tests and ECG and all came out normal. I'm still worried and very concerned about my symptoms. Can you please help me?

As you mentioned the color changes of the breast and armpits tenderness , if the scans and exams have ruled out troubles all you need to do is take some topical and oral Pain killers and not to worry about, age of 27 is too young to worry about the color change. could be hormonal and physiologic and will resolve itself. Now The hypertension so that needs lifestyle and diet modification and continuous Medication for that and i am wondering how come you got this trouble at so young age? you need to get things corrected before its too late.
Now the vertigo and dizzines so take simple proclorperazine, betahistadine and see the magic, if problem persisted , seek the otorhinolaryngologist's help.
