What Could Be The Cause Of Dizzy Spells ?

I feel, as though I am in a merry go-round. In bed it occurs when I turn over from one side to the other. Specially on the left side and when I try to get up.

I was having dizzy spells like you mention and it sounds like Mennierres Disease. It is an inner ear imbalance.
Good luck
