What Could Be The Cause Of Dry Hand Palm, Small Lump In Groin Area Near Anus, Lips Dry?

hi Doc, I would like to ask what is the cause of my symptoms: 1. Hand palm is dry and pink and with visible veins. 2. Small lump in the groin area near my anus. 3. lips dry and turning white in color. 4. Inside my mouth is turning white in color. 5. Every night my nose is clogged. 6. high blood pressure.

Hi. all these symptoms are suggestive of anemia ( low hemoglobin). Are you taking any medicines for high blood pressure? The lump in the groin can be due to a small abscess.
