Good eveningDoctor i am married one year is passed still i am not to get the pregnant ,before marriage my period was regular but after marriage it is completly changed my period is irregular . after i consult one doctor she prescribe the duphaston tabelt now i am taking the tabelt regularly every month my period was regular .i take the thyroid test it is normal.one more thing 4 years back i take the tabelt for TB 6 Month .now iam alright . what i will do to get preganant ? please kindly advice me doctor.............

both husband and wife need evaluation and treatment as required.
minimal investigations required for female to see for ovulation and patency of tubes.and minimum for male to see for active motile perms within normal limit
please be under treatment of gynecologist/infertility clinic and follow advice

as your periods are normal and although you are not conceived means there is some another cause for infertility.
The tests help find whether the problem is with the man, the woman, or both. Tests usually include a physical exam, semen analysis, blood tests, and special procedures.
A woman is most fertile during ovulation and 1 to 2 days before ovulation. Some couples find that they have been missing the most fertile days when trying to become pregnant. A woman should keep a record of her menstrual cycle and when she ovulates. This record will help your doctor if you decide to have infertility tests
