What Could Be The Cause Of Hard Stool With Blood And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi there I have been having very bad pain in the upper right hand side of my stomach. My dr did and ultrasound and c.t scan and foundnothing . Today I developed hard pebble like stool and bright red blood in it also. I was only able to pass about four of these pebbles and cannot seems to get the rest out. I started a laxative today. Any clue what this could be caused from.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the colitis, probably amoebic colitis, symptoms are alternative constipation and blood motions associated with pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel till he attends the specialist.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have resistance against such G.I problems.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
