What Could Be The Cause Of Inefficient Digestion Of Food?

Hello , I have been dealing with stomach problems since I turned 18 so almost 3 years now. I get extremely bloated to the point where I look pregnant and have not had a regular bowel movement since then. My stomach also makes extremely loud noises to the point of embarrassment. No matter what it always seems like I cannot digest food properly.
