Hi,

First of all, I would like to know to wither the nose bleeding you have occurs after or before the migraine attack. Second, do you have the nose bleeding after sneezing or not? Third, diabetes causes atherosclerosis of the blood vessels and the atherosclerotic vessel is more fragile than the healthy one, so it bleeds easily. Finally, you should monitor your blood glucose level regularly, do kidney function tests every 6 months and examine your eye every 6 months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
