What Could Be The Cause Of My High Eosinophils, Low Total Protein, And Low Globulin Levels?

I just got lab results back that show three abnormal things: high absolute eosinophils. My result was 542. I also had low total protein of 5.9 and low globulin of 1.8. I am 62 years old, don’t smoke, drink very rarely, and am normal weight. My other lab results were normal. I do not take any prescriptions but recently I took Aleve for a bad knee and sprained shoulder. I am very active. I am female.
