What Could Be The Cause Of Purple Dots On Skin And The Solid Food Is Not Digested And Diagnosed For Enlarged Liver And Spleen?

My daughter is 6 months old and at the age of 4 months, the pediatrician noticed she had an enlarged liver, 1.5 cm. And her spleen was also enlarged. Because my daughter was thriving, he said further evaluation needed to be done other symptoms would appear. She is 7 months old now, growing very well. The only thing I have noticed is that she reacts in rash like eczema to every kind of solid foods and green poop. Breastmilk is ok, but solids are not digested well. And also I noticed some purple bruise like dots, one in her belly, right under her crib cage and three on her left thigh, and one on her shoulder. What could be the cause of this purple dots?

The age of your daughter may not be fit for solid food, some time certain kids start digesting the solid food after the age of 9 months till then give semi solid food, for the spot it seems nonspecific and will go away it self just wait couple of days if it goes on increasing in numbers then need to examine clinically take care and have nice day.
