What would be the cause of red blotches on my skin? that showed up first in the sun I know someone who has red blotches that appeared in the sun..He went to the doctor his red blood cell count was 430. The doctor assumed it had something to do with his Liver . Could you tell me something??? Thank you

u might have photo allergic dermatitis.
better to do liver function test to rule out liver cause
is there itching?or any other symptoms?
drink more water
avoid sun exposure
use sun screen and wear full cloths
