What Could Be The Cause Of Stomach Pain, Vomiting, Nausea, Constipation And Bloating?

Hey I have alot of stomach pain when I lay down it hurts the most I vomit what I eat all the time feel nauseaed all the time gets headaches poops consapationed feel tired alot bloat....been goin through this for like two years now had my galbladder removed cause they thought it was my galbladder put its not....so If u could help me k would really love it thank u very much

Hello,
I suspect that you may be suffering from Gastritis/ GERD.
It may be due to H.Pylori infection.
Usually Proton pump inhibitors like Pantaprazole used to treat GERD.
In addition domperidone will be helpful in relieve vomiting.

But further investigations like Upper GI Endoscopy may be needed if proton pump inhibitors are not helpful.
To rule out H.Pylori infection, Urea Breath Test is needed.
If it is positive, we used to give antibiotics like amoxycillin in addition to Proton pump inhibitors.
